Revisiting our favorite Batman stories ahead of ‘The Batman’ release, plus Zack Kaplan guests to talk 2022 titles!

After a week’s hiatus, the AIPT Comics podcast is back and we’re excited for The Batman. So much so, we’re devoting a segment to each of our top three Batman stories of ALL TIME. We also recap the news, review comics, and special guest Zack Kaplan joins us to talk about two of his comics announced for later this year. We dig into Break Out! and Metal Society.

To start the show we recap the biggest news of the week starting with ComiXology’s woes moving to Amazon.com and their promise to fix things. In other huge news,  Chip Zdarsky and Jorge Jimenez were named the new creative team for Batman starting with Batman #125! DC Comics also announced DC Mech, Aquaman & The Flash: Voidsong, and The Human Target getting put on hiatus! 

We also discuss the big news from Valiant announced on Monday, Z2’s Tori Amos and Pantera graphic novels, and three of Marvel’s big new releases.
