Creative Beasts Studios announces ‘Cyberzoic’ toyline first looks every Friday

Weekends in 2022 just became a lot more exciting for dinosaur lovers.

As if Fridays weren’t great enough already, Creative Beast Studio has given us yet another reason to join Daniel Craig in celebrating the start of the weekend. In preparation for the upcoming Cyberzoic toyline, creator/designer David Silva will be releasing ‘first look’ pieces of information and concept art every Friday on the Creative Beast Studios social media channels.

The first of these arrived March 19 in the form of some absolutely gorgeous concept art by Ross Persichetti. Here’s what Silva had to say about it:

It’s Cyberzoic Friday! Each Friday, we’ll be delving into this new world with ‘first-looks’ at the toy designs, characters, creatures, and environments of this new world, as well as learning more about the story and mythos. Today we take a look at the concept design for one of the first planned action figure releases- the Technologist Clan Utahraptor! This will be a deluxe release, which uses specially-designed armor with an alternate configuration into a vehicle mode for the pilot!

‘The Utahraptors comprise the core ground infantry for the Technologist Clan. With their speed, artillery range, and vast numbers, these armored Dromaeosaurs will often take down their opponents with ease. Their specialized pilots can also temporarily split the armor for an air attack, to take on additional threats.’

Stay tuned for progress on the development of this figure set, which is planned for release in 2023. Action figure concept art by Ross Persichetti.

Even if you don’t find the idea of armored dinosaurs appealing, the figures can still be displayed as scientifically accurate dinosaur toys without the armor (which you can sell/send to me). And as long time fans of Creative Beast Studios’ work know, Silva makes by far the best dinosaur toys you can buy.

That being said, the mythos and transformability behind Cyberzoic makes this already highly anticipated toyline even more exciting. Even the humanoid characters (which I admittedly hadn’t thought much about) sound all types of cool/fun.

Make sure to follow Creative Beasts Studios on social media to start every weekend off with more Cyberzoic reveals.
