Cursed Films II is a five-part documentary series, which explores the myths and legends behind some of Hollywood’s notoriously cursed horror film productions. The show touches on the stories that people like to share at parties or talk about with friends.
The first season tackled some of the most infamous facts and rumors surrounding cursed films. The Twilight Zone: The Movie and The Crow were just two of movies covered. The episodes were a mix of well known tales and backstage insight. Cursed Films was not just a series of “did you know that” moments. There was a surprising amount of emotion to be found.
The latest season seems to be taking on stories that are not as widely known. In Cursed Films II, five new films are explored: The Wizard of Oz (1939), Rosemary’s Baby (1968), Stalker (1979), Serpent and the Rainbow (1988) and Cannibal Holocaust (1980).
Cursed Films II premieres Thursday, April 7 on Shudder with episodes rolling out weekly
