On Thursday, Diamond put two long-awaited figures out for their San Diego Comic-Con displays. First up is Apocalypse, who was also accompanied by some official promo pics.
The figure clocks in at a towering 8.5 inches and comes with interchangeable arm attachments. Due to the character’s size-changing ability, you can totally display this one with your 6″ scale Marvel Legends. It also has a much more comic-accurate paint scheme than the Apocalypse that was recently released Legends Retro Collection line.
Apocalypse will retail for the typical Marvel Select price point of $29.99, which continues to become a better value as Marvel Legends prices go up. Unfortunately, preorders are sold out most places except for Diamond Select Toys, where shipping costs at least $12.99. The figure is expected to arrive by late December.

In other Marvel Select news, Jay Cochrane of MarvelousNews.com snapped some photos of the upcoming Beta Ray Bill figure (pictured above), which looks fantastic. You can click here to see even more photos along with the rest of Diamond’s booth.
Although there hasn’t been an official press release at the time of this writing, the card next to Beta Ray Bill appears to list the price as $29.99 with a September 2022 release.
