The Boys release first look for two new supes for Season 4

Sister Sage sounds like a formidable intellect while Firecracker might be more than a bit unstable.

On Monday, The Boys official Twitter account released first-look images of two supes who will be joining the series in Season 4: Sister Sage played by Susan Heyward (left) and Firecracker played by Valorie Curry (right).

As you can see from the descriptions, it sounds like Sister Sage is going to be a mastermind and/or strategist while Firecracker is going to be more than a little unstable. Contrary to some of the reports floating out there, the two new supes will be joining the main series next season and not The Boys Presents: Gen V college spinoff.

Also, I’ll save you some time searching for these two in The Boys comic wiki. Unless they’re both composites and/or major alterations of existing characters, they’re original to the streaming series.

If the actress playing Sister Sage looks familiar, it’s because Heyward played prison guard Tamika Ward in Orange is the New Black and Deena Pilgrim in series adaption of Brian Bendis and Michael Oeming’s Powers. As for Curry, she played Dot Evans in The Tick series that aired from 2016-2019.

Nothing about Sister Sage or Firecracker has been revealed beyond these photos, but we’re sure to hear more soon as production on The Boys: Season 4 continues.
