Last month, Hasbro revealed a new figure of Franklin Richards (son of Reed Richards and Sue Storm) along with a Turg accessory. The news felt odd considering that reliable toy scooper Rektangular said Franklin would be part of a two-pack with his sister, Valeria.
This week, Hasbro proved Rektangular is not to be doubted by revealing that Valeria will be part of the previously speculated set.

Aside from those knees (which have made a concerning comeback of late) Valeria is a nice-looking figure. She also comes with a set of alternate hands and a nice-looking data pad. When you combine that with all the other accessories, it almost makes the $49.99 price palatable.
This set is available now for preorder with an expected arrival in May.
In other news, Hasbro revealed product pictures for the previously announced/updated Gamerverse Spider-Man. After only getting to see a digital render of this one, I think we can all safely say that the actual figure looks superb.

Unfortunately, it appears that Hasbro decided to make all of those web accessories out of actual silk and/or cocaine. That’s the only logical reason I can think of for the figure’s $34.99 retail price point.
If you’d like to help Hasbro CEO Chris Cocks increase company profits by 50% while price gouging existing customers, then the Gamerverse Spider-Man is currently available for preorder with an expected arrival in August.
