In less than three days, the Kickstarter campaign for David Silva’s Cyberzoic toyline has already smashed through its $205,000 funding goal.
It comes as no surprise that arguably the most exciting offering from Creative Beast Studio has received a lot of financial support. That said, even its most ardent fans will tell you that this was surprisingly quick. According to an update from Silva, the Day 3 boost was due largely to an individual investor whose excitement for the line translated to a very large purchase:
Holy cow, I’m at a loss for words, but I must announce that… WE DID IT, Cyberzoic is fully funded! Congrats everyone! The Cyberzoic action figure line, will now be a reality, brought into existence by all of YOU, the backers! Among the tremendous backer support thus far, some of you may have noticed a significant funding boost recently, which I’m very excited to explain.
While I wasn’t sure that it would actually happen, until it did, I’m thrilled to announce that an outside investor has taken an interest in the broad potential of the Cyberzoic brand and made a significant contribution toward our campaign to help catapult us past the finish line and right into the stretch goal unlocks! This amazing development is truly a testament to the enthusiasm and support that runs deep within our pop-culture community. Developing Cyberzoic has been a gratifying, yet daunting endeavor for us to tackle here at Creative Beast Studio, so we’re extremely grateful that others also see the possibilities of this world that we’re creating, and we’re humbled to have achieved this opportunity so soon.
But even with this milestone reached, there are still plenty more exciting stretch goal items that we have yet to reveal and unlock, further expanding this new world. So we invite you all to keep spreading the word and encouraging others to join us!

When Silva says something is an exclusive or limited-run figure, he means it. Some folks will likely pass on this since they already have the green Dragolina/Big Cat set. For folks like me whose favorite color is blue, however, there’s no way I’m passing it up.
As of this writing, the campaign has already surpassed $240,000 (and unlocked the Achillobater set). It’s safe to assume that this will be available to add to your pledge very soon.
