DC to release 64-page ‘Wonder Woman: Outlaw’ issues collecting issue 1 and 2

DC Comics has revealed Wonder Woman #2 has sold out and will be releasing a special “Wonder Woman: Outlaw” edition featuring issues #1 and #2. If you missed out, “Wonder Woman: Outlaw” will be available in comic shops on November 28th, complete with a new cover as well as an eight-page preview of Wonder Woman #3. The first issue also sold out.

Award-winning writer Tom King and artist Daniel Sampere have blown comic book fans away with their new take on Wonder Woman. The first two issues of the “Wonder Woman: Outlaw” story arc have not only received incredible critical acclaim, but both the original and reprint versions of Wonder Woman #1, as well as Wonder Woman #2 have sold out in comic book stores.

Today, DC announced plans to release a special “Outlaw” edition of Wonder Woman, reprinting issues #1 and #2 of the series, plus a nine-page preview of Wonder Woman #3. This 64-page one-shot catches readers up on Diana’s quest to restore the reputation of the Amazons, while unraveling the mystery behind the Sovereign and the Lasso of Lies. Wonder Woman: Outlaw Edition is available for pre-order now, arriving in participating comic book shops and e-tailers Tuesday, November 28.

Also available for pre order now, Wonder Woman #3 hits participating retailers on November 21. In this can’t-miss issue, the Lasso of Lies’ true power is revealed as the Sovereign continues his campaign against Wonder Woman! Could one unsuspecting soldier be the key to defeating the Amazon Princess? Find out as Diana uses her Lasso of Truth to reveal the real story behind the Amazon massacre. Plus, Wonder Woman’s daughter Trinity makes her backup story debut in the first of many awe-inspiring adventures from the future! 

Wonder Woman #3 features a main and design variant covers by series artist Sampere, plus variant covers by Jim Lee, Julian Totino Tedesco, and Bilquis Evely, in addition to a McFarlane Toys action figure variant. Check out your local comic book shop for availability and pre-ordering.
