Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees: Rite of Spring (written and illustrated by Patrick Horvath) is a sequel that takes place eight years after its predecessor, Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees. The story focuses on a brown bear named Samantha Strong who just happens to be Woodbrook’s horrifying serial killer.

Return to Sleepy Hollow is the comic book sequel to Tim Burton’s 1999 film, Sleepy Hollow. The series takes place 15 years after the movie. Ichabod Crane reunites with Katrina after he receives a letter regarding a chain of murders in Sleepy Hollow. The series is written by Eisner Award winner Casey Gilly and illustrated by Savanna Mayer.

The Twilight Zone is IDW Dark’s upcoming anthology series based on the classic TV show. Every issue will be black and white and have different creators. The very first installment will be written by Dan Watters and feature art by Morgan Beem.

Event Horizon: Dark Descent, written by Christian Ward with art by Tristan Jones, is a prequel series to the 1997 horror movie, Event Horizon. The series explores the horrifying journey and ultimate fate of the film’s original crew. Readers will also meet Paimon, “the eyeless King of Hell,” who wreaks havoc upon Captain Kilpack and his team.

The Exorcism at 1600 Penn (written by Hannah Rose May and drawn by Vanesa Del Ray) centers around a fictional female president, Kelly Doyle. Shortly after she was elected, the White House experienced a supernatural invasion, raising the tension in an already hectic world.

Gavin Fullerton’s Tuatha tells the story of a princess who travels with the king’s head. Throughout her adventures, she faces many challenges, such as violent tribes. She also fights off the many lesser-known gods she encounters.

30 Days of Night: Falling Sun is IDW Dark’s new series that takes place in the world of the original 30 Days of Night. The comics revolve around Alaskan Vampires and their prey. 30 Days of Night: Falling Sun has a huge creative team, which includes Rodney Barnes, Patrick Horvath, Gavin Fullerton, Sean Peacock and Chris Shehan.
