Multiple Eisner Award–nominated cartoonist Kyle Starks (Peacemaker Tries Hard, Sexcastle, I Hate This Place) is tagging back into Image Comics this December with a brand-new, no-holds-barred miniseries: Wrestle Heist. Starks teams with acclaimed colorist Vladimir Popov (Where Monsters Lie, Fearscape) for a five-issue caper that promises body slams, backstabs, and belly laughs.
In Wrestle Heist, a former pro wrestler narrowly survives a brush with death at the hands of a crooked promoter. His plan for revenge? Assemble a crew of fellow wrestlers he’s wronged over the years and rob the promoter blind during the biggest wrestling event of the year. With suplexes, schemes, and sheer chaos, the only thing certain is that someone’s going down for the count.
