Alex Ross brings his blockbuster Marvelocity Exhibit to NYCC 2025 for the first (and final) time

For those outside of New York, Ross’s work can also be seen at the Alex Ross: Heroes & Villains exhibition, running through February 2026 at the Dunn Museum near Chicago.

For the first time, Alex Ross Art is bringing the MARVELOCITY exhibit to New York Comic Con 2025. Known for his hyper-realistic take on superheroes, Ross has redefined comic art as fine art, and now fans can experience it on the Javits show floor at booth #3225.

The installation will showcase more than 100 original pieces from Marvelocity: The Marvel Art of Alex Ross and its special follow-up Marvelocity: The Alex Ross Art Edition. Designed to feel like a museum inside the convention, the booth features Ross’s paintings, drawings, and sketches in a striking gallery-style space, complete with white walls and carpeting. Attendees can view rare, never-before-seen originals spotlighting Marvel icons like Spider-Man, Captain America, Iron Man, the Avengers, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Black Panther, and more.

Alongside the exhibit, Alex Ross Art will debut a collection of NYCC 2025 exclusive prints and collectibles. Limited-edition fine art pieces—Marvelocity: Captain America, Marvelocity: Doctor Strange, and Marvelocity: Spider-Man—will be available starting at $195, each with a Certificate of Authenticity. Quantities will be small, so fans are encouraged to join the online waitlist and follow @thealexrossart for updates.

The MARVELOCITY exhibition has toured worldwide and now makes its final stop in New York, giving fans one last chance to see Ross’s work presented on this scale. “The MARVELOCITY exhibit started touring a few years ago and has been a hit everywhere it’s been, so bringing it to NYCC is a real thrill for us at Alex Ross Art,” says Ross’s art dealer Sal Abbinanti. “We’re happy to share this incredible exhibit with all the NYCC attendees this year. All you need is a badge to get into the convention, so set aside some time and stop by to admire the magnificent works of Alex Ross and maybe pick up a piece to hang on your wall!”

For those outside of New York, Ross’s work can also be seen at the Alex Ross: Heroes & Villains exhibition, running through February 2026 at the Dunn Museum near Chicago.
