Vault Comics and Post Malone have confirmed that Big Rig will roll on in 2026 with Book 2: Damned. To mark the announcement, Vault unveiled a new teaser image from artist Nathan Gooden, hinting at where the Rig’s journey is headed next.
“We’re just getting started,” Post said. “What Adrian, Nathan, and I are putting together is going to blow people’s minds. Just wait and see—there’s so much more on the way.”
Co-writer Adrian Wassel added, “The success of Big Rig has completely changed my life. I owe everything to the fans, and to Posty and Nate for bringing me along for this ride. And don’t worry—those big questions readers have? We’ll answer them. But first, our heroes are going to have to suffer for it.”
In Book 2: Damned, Trucker, Edda, and Batu have left Lucifer and the Princess of Hell behind—but the war is far from over. Satan has unleashed a new general, Belphegor, whose campaign across Europe puts the Rig back in the fight. Worse still, northern invaders seize the chaos to open a second front, and both enemies wield weapons that make the Rig look more like a rolling coffin than a miracle. As the odds stack higher, it may come down to Trucker’s driving to decide if the Rig saves them—or destroys them.
More details on Big Rig, Book 2: Damned will be revealed soon. In the meantime, Vault will spotlight the series at a New York Comic Con 2025 panel. On Friday, October 10th, from 5–6 PM in Room 405 of the Javits Center, moderator Coy Jandreau will lead a discussion with Vault EIC and co-writer Adrian Wassel, artist Nathan Gooden, publisher & CEO Damian Wassel, and some very special guests. The panel promises to cover the past, present, and future of all things Big Rig, including what’s coming next both inside and outside the comic.
