Invincible & Spider-Man’s first team-up returns with variant covers fans will lose their minds over

Skybound, working alongside Marvel Comics, has revealed that Marvel Team-Up #14 — the iconic first crossover between Invincible and Spider-Man — is returning to print, this time from Image Comics. The classic issue by writer Robert Kirkman (Invincible, The Walking Dead), artist Cory Walker (Invincible), and colorist Dave McCaig (The Walking Dead Deluxe) will swing back into comic shops on Wednesday, March 4.

Long considered one of the most sought-after modern comics, the issue brings together Kirkman and Walker for what many fans still call the ultimate superhero team-up.

To mark the occasion, the reprint comes with a stacked roster of variant covers from Spider-Man royalty: Todd McFarlane, Erik Larsen, Ryan Ottley, Mark Bagley, and Alex Saviuk. It’s a must-have for anyone who loves either hero — or both.

Earlier this year, Invincible Universe: Battle Beast #1 introduced a blind bag program that offered readers a chance to pull surprise secret comics, including Marvel Team-Up #14. This new edition marks the first time the issue will be available on its own since its original release.

The timing lines up with Skybound’s Invincible Month this March, celebrating the franchise with returning series, fan-demanded reprints, new collections, and more — all leading into the premiere of Invincible season 4 on Prime Video. With the Invincible Universe continuing to break records across print and streaming, momentum is only ramping up heading into 2026, especially with the arrival of Skybound and Quarter Up’s fast-paced 3v3 fighting game Invincible VS.

Marvel Team-Up #14 (Lunar Codes Coming Soon | SRP: $3.99) lands in comic shops and on digital platforms — including Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, and Google Play — on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
