Warning: Potential spoilers for Avengers: Endgame.
With a film as momentous and highly anticipated as Avengers: Endgame, it’s obvious that spoilers leading up to the release (even if you have to find them through affiliated toys or accompanying LEGO sets) are a juicy, flourishing business; the Russo Brothers aren’t lost on this notion, however — which is why the directors of Avengers: Infinity War and the upcoming Endgame apparently shot five different endings for the blockbuster film.
“I shot like, five different endings to this movie,” Bruce Banner/Hulk actor Mark Ruffalo said during an interview with E! News.
“I didn’t even get a whole script of this movie. I don’t know why. The script I did get had dummy scenes in it. He [pointing to Chris Evans] gets married in this!”
We can see why your script might’ve had some dummy scenes in it, Mark. Who will Captain America be getting married to if that ending makes it into the film? Sharon Carter? Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow? James “Bucky” Barnes, the Winter Soldier?!
Avengers: Endgame hits theaters on April 26th.
