DC First Look: ‘The Human Target’ #6, last issue before hiatus

‘The Human Target’ to go on a hiatus after #6, back in September with #7.

DC Comics has released an advance look at The Human Target #6, just a day after the fifth issue came out. In the sixth issue, the mystery gets even deeper as a jealous Guy Gardner makes Christopher Chance’s job even harder. Set for release March 22nd, the series is written by Tom King with art by Greg Smallwood. Jorge Fornés (Rorschach, Danger Street) provides a swinging 60’s style variant cover.

Fans who are trade waiting can expect the first issues to be collected and released on September 13th. The series resumes in periodical form with issue #7, on sale on September 20.

So what’s The Human Target #6 about?

Christopher Chance is one step closer to solving his own murder, suspect included (see issue #5), but also that much closer to his own grave. With just six days (issues) left, will the Human Target find the truth through this web of lies? And as his relationship with Ice continues to grow, a jealous Green Lantern Guy Gardner will make things even tougher.  Here’s your first look at incredible art from Book Six of the DC Black Label series, The Human Target!
