Marvel Legends: Retro Black Cat revealed

Hasbro kicks off the month of October with a new Marvel Legends Retro Black Cat.

Yesterday was the first Monday of the month, which means we have yet another Marvel Legends reveal!

You’d think Hasbro would be fresh out of new figures after everything revealed at Pulsecon, but the Marvel Retro line has no time for your budget/shelf space concerns. This time, we’ve been blessed with a ’90s retro-carded version of Felicia Hardy, aka the Black Cat.

Despite this being by far the best Legends figure of her we’ve gotten, I’m still happy with the first one (and only moderately annoyed by the second). That said, the fringe detailing, improved costume/weapon, GREATLY improved face apps, and cat accessory still have me considering an upgrade.

If you’re in a similar spot — or just need to add your first Marvel Legends Black Cat to your toy collection — the figure is currently available for preorder at your favorite online toy retailers with an expected arrival in January.
