Marvel Legends: Disney+ ‘Ms. Marvel’ action figure revealed

A great-looking Ms. Marvel figure with a disappointing lack of accessories.

On Wednesday, Marvel Legends revealed yet another member of its What If…? Infinity Ultron Build-A-Figure wave. This time it’s Ms. Marvel, whose new Disney+ series premieres Wednesday, June 8.

As you can see, this version of Kamal Khan looks very close to her comic counterpart. The show version of the character wears sneakers instead of blue boots, which I kind of dig. In fact, the whole costume looks great, thanks in no small part to some beautiful paint apps.

Unfortunately, the mask prevents us from making a determination on whether or not the facial portrait is a good likeness of the series star Iman Vellani. The figure also comes with a disappointing lack of accessories. I understand why Marvel Studios decided to change the MCU character’s powers (hence no big hands), but they could have at least given us some light effects or something.

That said, the figure is a definite step up from the Sharon Carter that was revealed last month. It also comes with Infinity Ultron‘s torso, making her purchase a crucial part of completing the Build-A-Figure.

Ms. Marvel will retail for $24.99. It’s scheduled to go up for preorder on June 8 from most major retailers with an expected arrival this Fall.
