And the Winner Is…

There are so many categories that awards have already been handed out for the creative arts. Now, the main event is arriving and we’ll see who are the best actors, actresses, and series in drama and comedy, as well as limited or anthology series or movie. Who are you rooting for?
The Emmys air tonight, September 12, on NBC.

Back to Night City
Cyberpunk 2077 was a highly anticipated video game that came out almost two years ago. Despite a myriad of technical issues during launch, players did enjoy the quality of the story and the depth of the world.
Well, now we’ll receive more of that with the 10-episode anime spin-off. It follows a young street tough named David who decides to receive cybernetic augmentations to become an outlaw mercenary in order to survive.
Stream the first season of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners beginning Tuesday, September 13, on Netflix.
Vampiric High Society
The popular young adult paranormal romance novel series Vampire Academy received a movie adaptation in 2014. The underwhelming performance at the box office poured cold water on any sequels.
Maybe it will fair better on television? At the titular school, two young women on opposite sides of social spectrum form a strong friendship. The series blends the sophistication of aristocratic romance with the thrills and suspense of the supernatural genre.
Vampire Academy will debut Thursday, September 15, on Peacock.
