D23 Brazil has had a few tidbits of news, like Andor season 2 release date, and a new Captain America trailer, but I’m most psyched for Thunderbolts*. A new “special look” was revealed featuring a bit more of a scene involving the team in an old car with Bucky on their tale, as well as a few additional scenes featuring pretty much the entire team.
We’ve been greatly anticipating the film since a trailer leaked back in August.

Revealed in the trailer is how Red Guardian really loves the name, so much so that it seems like maybe he came up with it. That said, the asterisk continues to be used on the title, suggesting the title has a footnote of some kind. My best guess is there’s a subtitle, or better yet, an actual name like Dark Avengers or something like that.
One thing that is immediately clear is that David Harbor is going to make us laugh quite a bit as Red Guardian.
Thunderbolts* arrives in cinemas across America on May 2, 2025.
