On Thursday, Marvel Studios confirmed one of the worst kept secrets in the television industry by announcing that Oscar Isaacs is playing Marc Spector in their upcoming Moon Knight series.
All snark aside, however, the tweet they sent out was pretty cool.

You gotta love that Becky Cloonan cover art glowering right over Isaac’s head.
And lest you think this is supposed to indicate some type of synergy with Sony’s Venom franchise, Marc Spector (aka Moon Knight) has multiple personalities. Many of you likely already knew that, but Moon Knight is a criminally underrated superhero, so I had to be sure.
As for the series itself, it’s scheduled to be released at some point in 2022. Much like The Falcon and the Winter Solider, the first (and potentially only) season will be six episodes.
