Wacom introduces the new MovinkPad Pro 14 as the latest addition to their Portable Creative Pad lineup. Like the recently announced Wacom One 14, this portable pad is another helpful tool for artists. It provides enhanced power, flexibility, and an immersive experience in an all-in-one creative device.
This version has an improved display compared to its predecessor the MovInkPad 11. It has a 14” OLED screen with 2880 × 1800 resolution, 100% coverage of both DCI-P3 (CIE1931) (typ) and sRGB (CIE1931) (typ), and up to 120Hz refresh rate that delivers rich detail and fluid motion. It also has the premium textured glass you find in other Wacom products that is anti-glare, anti-reflection, and anti-fingerprint along with the battery-free Wacom Pro Pen 3.
The user experience for the MovinkPad Pro 14 has been enhanced as well. It retains the Quick drawing function but wakes up even faster reducing the delay to get your ideas on the screen. The improved Wacom Canvas app provides more pen variations and multi-touch zooming while the latest Wacom Shelf app makes viewing and organizing files more simple. Furthermore, projects can transfer effortlessly onto Clip Studio Paint, and the device comes with a one-year DEBUT license and a three-month EX license for even more features and tools.
The portable pad also marks the debut of Wacom Lab, an app that has pre-release features such as the Instant Pen Display mode that allows it to connect to a PC or Mac and function as a traditional pen display. Not only can it function on its own, but it can become an all-in-one device with the option to integrate with desktop workflows.
The MovinkPad Pro 14 uses Android 15 and is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC with an octa-core CPU, 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It can be used for more than illustration and can perform 3D modeling and animation. Such a powerful tool yet it is portable with a slim 5.9 mm profile and 699g weight.
The Wacom MovinkPad Pro 14 will be available this fall through Wacom’s eStore and select retailers worldwide.
