iBUYPOWER is known for its prebuilt computers and helping people customize their own gaming PCs. They have some exciting tech on the horizon, and we were able to preview their upcoming products at the Consumer Electronics Show.
They include new components that will be available when purchasing one of their systems. On display were the Trace X Computer Case, the Element Pulse X Computer Case, and the Trace X Custom Loop Concept Gaming PC and Accessible Hardline Water Cooling. The cases are part of their RDY prebuilt systems or can be purchased as a standalone product. They will launch in the first quarter of this year.
iBUYPOWER’s Trace X Computer Case
These are the next iteration of the “Trace” and “Slate cases. They feature a single piece of curved glass that spans the front and side panel providing an unobstructed panoramic view of the inside. It’s a sleek and stylish look with a metallic grill on the front panel and a built-in flowing vent design wrapping around the top and back side panel. There is also an option for an RGB kit for diffused lighting along the vented mesh, and for extra personalization, the company is developing pink and lavender trim for white cases and faux wood for black cases.
iBUYPOWER’s Pulse X Computer Case
The Element Pulse X Computer Case has a slightly different aesthetic than the Trace X. This model is an improvement on the Element 9 Pro and has a dedicated focus on RGB with ARGB strips on all the visible edges that stem from its distinctive corner power button. The integrated mesh panel can be fitted with 3 x 120mm fans. If you want more visibility of inside the case, the top mesh panel can be swapped with a full glass panel.
iBUYPOWER’S Trace X Custom Loop Concept Gaming PC and Accessible Hardline Water Cooling
The company is trying to make hardline water cooling more accessible by including it within the Trace X Custom Loop Concept Gaming PC. The distroplate integrates a pump, reservoir, and coolant routing all to save space within the case, improve the look, and make assembly simpler. In addition, the adjustable sliding terminals make the inlet and outlet ports easy to align with the CPU and GPU waterblocks ensuring a perfect fit.
The Archetype Origins x HYTE50 Kpop Demon Hunters “Derpy’ Mod
Just for fun here’s a look at a KPop Demon Hunters inspired customized build. It is made by Archetype Origins featuring a HYTE50 performance case from iBUYPOWER’s sister company, HYTE. It resembles the adorable supernatural cat Derpy from the film on Netflix, but instead of sporting its cerulean blue, the case is the taro milk shade of purple. How cute are the paws underneath that also double as a stand.
