Check out the trailer here!

Horror is accessible to anyone and Shudder has never been one to shy away from different types of terror. Whether it is scary flicks from across the ocean, to its informative and fun Horror Noire, the streaming horror channel has proved that a good horror movie crosses all lines. Spiral is an upcoming release that showcases queer horror (a genre the channel has explored before.)

Malik (Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman, American Horror Story) and Aaron (Ari Cohen, It: Chapter Two) movie to a small town in seach of a better environment. With them is their 16 year old daughter (Jennifer Laporte, Web of Dreams). But nothing is as it seems as something sinister lies behind the picturesque homes and welcoming faces of their new neighbors.

A horror film for the current age, Sprial skillfully dissects themes of ostracization, otherness, and the cycles of societal rejection and hate. Along with being topical, the movie features some great performances from its cast.

Spiral is scheduled to premiere on Shudder on September 17.
