Cadence of Hyrule, the Zelda rhythm game, is out this week

Hop, skip, and dance your way to complete Ganon annihilation.

Cadence of Hyrule, the previously announced Legend of Zelda rhythm game from the creators of Crypt of the NecroDancer, will be released on June 13. Nintendo made the announcement Tuesday afternoon at their E3 conference.

First revealed in a Nintendo Direct some months ago, the game features Link, Zelda, and an original character named Cadence. The three characters are hopping along to the beat of remixed Zelda classics (including a great deal of songs from Link’s Awakening) in the devilishly charming NecroDancer fashion, as they take on a variety of foes from the Zelda franchise across various locales.

The Nintendo eShop has the upcoming game priced at $25, and I for one can’t wait to see and hear all it has to offer.
