Greetings, All Elite Wrestling fans. Boy, was Revolution extremely amazing and extremely disappointing all at the same time, but onwards we go! This week, we already have some possible tension in the Dark Order’s finally established friendship with Hangman on BTE. We also had two AEW Darks — I highly recommend Big Swole’s promo from Saturday’s episode of Dark. As for last night’s Dark, the Lee Johnson match is a must, as well as the Fuego Del Sol vs QT match as part of their feud on Sammy’s vlog. Peruse through everything else and enjoy Dynamite tonight!
Being the Elite
- In one of the more shoot segments on BTE, it seems everyone is now into skateboarding over at Daily’s place. Matt Jackson was able to get a whole bunch of boards for everyone.
- Brandon Cutler is feeling the effects of the Viagra the Good Brothers slipped him last week, and is trying to be as sneaky as possible about it. The Good Brothers promise to help him out.
- Nyla, Vickie, and RYZIN all try to come up with new ideas of how to get more money. They come up with the idea of ‘church merch’ but still need to figure out exactly what that merch should be. Nyla gets an idea, whispers it, and they all get excited and head out.
- The Bucks are getting checked up after diving onto tables last week at Dynamite. The Bucks accuse the Good Brothers of goading them into doing the table spot and now they have to get checked out. They apologize and say they were just helping out.
- The Dark Order get together after the PPV, Hangman comes in and the group cheers. Alex Reynolds says he used Hangman’s credit card to buy him a ton of whiskey, everyone else says they bought him stuff too with his own card because they knew he would win the match anyway, so no big deal right?
- Hangman reveals he kept some of Hardy’s money to buy a lawnmower but told Hardy to give the rest away and is now on the hook for the Dark Order’s charges. He walks off. The rest of the Dark Order realize they don’t even have money now for Anna’s surgery. They then talk about how irreplaceable Anna is in the group, how absolutely NO ONE can replace her. Miko Itoh then walks in and the Dark Order goes wild.
- Private Party goes to check on Matt Hardy in his hotel room, make sure he’s OK. Private Party tries to reassure him it’s all fine. Matt simply eats grapes and closes the door in their face. Private Party worry he may be back to his short lived “Cold Blooded” gimmick from ten years ago.

- Swole came out with an outstanding promo. She said she’s been undervalued again and again. She says she was number one contender until the rankings reset at the start of the year, so she says she deserves a title shot.
- Lance Archer def. John Skyler. After the match Jake came out and said they were going to take it all from Cody. Lance Archer followed up saying the TNT title was always supposed to be his. Lance says he will enjoy taking away Cody’s child’s father.
- Ricky Starks & Brian Cage def. Angel Fashion & Fuego Del Sol
- Jack Evans def. Jake St. Patrick
- The Acclaimed had their same ladder match music video from last Dark which was played again.
- Gunn Club def. D3 & M’Badu

- Bear Country def. Cameron Stewart & RYZIN. After the match Bunny came out and distracted Bear Country, letting Butcher and Blade get the upper hand and beat them with chairs.

AEW Dark March 9th

- QT Marshall def. Fuego Del Sol. Feugo and QT finally had their match. The match culminated in Fuego finally getting a tornado DDT but it was so strong it slid QT out of the ring, leaving QT unable to be pinned. This gave QT enough time to recover and get the win.

- On IMPACT, it was revealed that the IMPACT World Championship and TNA World Championship will be unified and there will be a title vs. title match against Kenny in April
- Moxley’s post PPV speech tries to make sense of the dud ending of Revolution

- Orange Cassidy seems to be having memory issues after that PPV
- Matt Hardy is having a tough time after that PPV match

- We got different responses from people about the ring not exploding, all blaming Kenny. Here is what Tony Khan and Miro had to say about it.
- Dark Elevation appears to be what AEW Dark originally was before the pandemic. The first matches will be tonight (watchable on Monday)
